Choose the right airport assistance
Meet-and-greet, fast-track, porter help and a private transfer are separate services unless the written confirmation combines them.
Arrival and departure are different
For arrivals, confirm where the representative meets the passenger, which immigration or baggage assistance is included, and where the handover to the driver occurs. For departures, confirm the meeting point, check-in assistance, security fast-track eligibility and lounge access separately. Airline, terminal and passenger eligibility can affect the service.
