Bookings & confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation (email or WhatsApp) with a booking reference. Prices are stated in AED including applicable taxes; availability of tours is subject to supplier confirmation.
Prices & payment
Prices may change until confirmed. The available secure payment method is stated in your written quotation or booking confirmation. Visa government fees are payable in advance and are non-refundable once submitted, per immigration policy.
Your responsibilities
You are responsible for the accuracy of names, dates and passport details supplied, for meeting entry/health requirements of destinations, and for arriving at pickup points on time. Age, height and health restrictions on activities are stated on each product page.
Liability
Services are delivered by licensed local suppliers. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected booking; we are not liable for delays or changes caused by weather, authorities or events beyond reasonable control, though we will always help rearrange affected plans.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates and the courts of Dubai.
