Standard tours & activities
The cancellation deadline and any fee appear on the product page and written confirmation. A refund applies only when those stated terms allow it; late cancellations and no-shows may be non-refundable.
Special products
Some products carry stricter supplier terms shown at booking: theme park and event tickets are typically non-refundable once issued; private charters (yachts, helicopters, VIP safaris) require 48 to 72 hours' notice; peak dates (New Year's Eve, F1 weekend) may be non-refundable.
Visas
Government and immigration fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted, regardless of outcome, this is UAE immigration policy, not ours. Our service fee is refunded if we have not yet filed your application.
Holiday packages
Package cancellation charges follow the schedule in your quotation, reflecting hotel and airline terms. We always pass back whatever suppliers refund.
How refunds are paid
Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method within 7 to 14 working days. Contact hello@uae-tours.com or WhatsApp +92 321 8484087 to cancel or change any booking.
How to read your cancellation terms
The written quotation and confirmation for the selected service control the deadline, fee and refund route.
Before you pay
Check the cancellation cut-off in Dubai time, whether a ticket or room becomes non-refundable when issued, and how supplier no-shows, weather decisions or traveller document problems are handled. A change of date may be treated differently from cancellation. If several services are bundled, each component can have a different rule.
Keep a complete record
- Quotation version, payment receipt and confirmation number
- The message showing when a cancellation request was received
- Supplier response and any non-refundable breakdown
- Refund amount, method and expected processing window
