Standard tours & activities
Free cancellation up to 24 hours before the scheduled start unless a different policy is shown on the product page. Cancellations within 24 hours, or no-shows, are charged in full.
Special products
Some products carry stricter supplier terms shown at booking: theme park and event tickets are typically non-refundable once issued; private charters (yachts, helicopters, VIP safaris) require 48 to 72 hours' notice; peak dates (New Year's Eve, F1 weekend) may be non-refundable.
Visas
Government and immigration fees are non-refundable once an application is submitted, regardless of outcome, this is UAE immigration policy, not ours. Our service fee is refunded if we have not yet filed your application.
Holiday packages
Package cancellation charges follow the schedule in your quotation, reflecting hotel and airline terms. We always pass back whatever suppliers refund.
How refunds are paid
