FAQs
What makes a DMC different from a travel agency?
A destination management company coordinates local suppliers and logistics for a written brief. The proposal should identify who supplies each regulated service and who is responsible for support.
Which markets do you currently serve?
Programmes can be quoted around stated language, meal and pacing requirements, subject to the selected suppliers confirming them in writing.
Can you handle large groups?
Group capacity depends on the selected venues, transport suppliers, permits and dates. It is confirmed only in the written proposal.
Do you host familiarization (FAM) trips?
Agencies and planners may request a site inspection. Availability, eligibility, inclusions and costs are confirmed before travel.
