B2B services in depth
How trade onboarding works
B2B access is assessed for each agency and does not imply automatic credit, inventory or a universal net-rate sheet.
A useful first request
Share the agency legal name, website, source markets, estimated passenger volume and the UAE services you expect to sell. The reply should identify the quotation process, booking contacts, payment currency, amendment rules and which suppliers remain responsible for delivery. Group and series business needs dates and approximate rooming numbers.
Put these terms in writing
- Net or commissionable pricing and tax treatment
- Payment deadline, refund route and credit status
- Voucher, emergency-contact and escalation process
- Brand use, data handling and partner responsibilities
