Define what “VIP transfer” includes
A premium vehicle, airport fast-track, porter service and close protection are different products unless each is named.
Specify the service standard
Confirm the exact vehicle category or whether a comparable substitute is allowed, the chauffeur dress standard, included waiting time and the airport meeting point. For delegations, share luggage, security, signage and convoy requirements. Flight tracking does not remove the need for a reachable passenger contact.
